Jeremy was an outstanding person to work with! It is so refreshing to find a small business owner with quality work, genuine integrity, and great communication. We hired him to resurface a porcelain sink that I had dropped a heavy glass bottle full of liquid soap in.

He not only fixed that, but he also took care of another problem that came up. He had to bring in another contractor to fix the problem. Although it took a while, he texted me regularly with updates and to reassure me that he was still on the case. He followed through and took care of the problem.

My husband and I have owned 3 homes over our 38 years together and have had many home improvements and repairs done. We have seen the big companies that just look great on the surface. They have great websites and front-end people that are well trained to tell you what you want to hear, but once you hire them, they do not actually follow through with quality customer service and/or work.

Jeremy, on the other hand, is what we all wish for when we have to hire a contractor to do work on our home. So glad to see a great small business!
